Plum Swirl Popsicles

What you’ll need (Serves 6):

  • 2 cups plain thick greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup frozen Queen Garnet Plums (cored and sliced)
  • 100 mL Queen Garnet Plum Nectar

How to make it:

  • Place the yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Place 3 tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture, the plums and nectar in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Layer alternate spoonfuls of the yoghurt and plum mixtures into 6 popsicle moulds, tapping gently on the bench to remove air bubbles.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–5 hours or until firm. Remove the pops from the moulds and enjoy.
