Plum Sorbet

Icy, indulgent and not even naughty. Transform your juicy bounty of Queen Garnet​ plums and plum nectar​ into this divine sorbet with no added sugar for a dreamy treat.

What you’ll need (Serves 4):

  • 6 Queen Garnet plums
  • 1 bottle Queen Garnet Plum Nectar

How to make it:

  • Dice plums and place in pot with nectar and cook over medium high heat, stirring until plums soften and mixture thickens. Approximately 10 minutes.
  • Blitz in food processor until smooth, then pour into tin and freeze overnight.
  • To serve, sit the frozen sorbet out for a few minutes until mixture softens and scoops easily.
